Returns and Refunds

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE PRODUCT.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Select the button below and access your order using the order number and your email address.
2. You can manage the return independently by following the online procedure and choose either a different size of the same item (if available) or request a refund.
3. You will receive an email directly from the courier in charge of the collection with the label to be attached to the package.
4. Refunds and shipments of any replacement items will be processed once the returned items have been received and verified.
